The AMS polybagger is a semi-automatic poly wrapping machine that gives you the ability to bring in-house poly wrapping that previously was not a cost-effective option. The polybagger uses low cost roll fed polythene sheet and manufactures the mail piece on the fly. The operator can switch from A5 to A4 without adjusting the settings of the poly wrapping machine as the unit automatically detects the length of the mailing piece. The polybagger can be supplied complete with an optional integral conveyor to raise the wrapped mailing piece to workbench height or to drop it straight into a mailbag. A built in re-settable counter will show number of items processed and the new batch counting facility enables the operator to pre-set a job quantity. The brand new optional registration mark sensor is now available for accurate wrapping of pre-printed polythene.		AMS Polybagger
