Version 8.40.1 Includes:

1. Royal Mail's Prices & Discounts from 7^th April 2008
2. DPS requirement for 90% accuracy (mandatory from 2^nd January 2009, preferred from May 2008)
3. DPS processing code re-worked to ensure correct handling of DPS supplied with data
4. Revised mailsorting code to comply with Royal Mail validation tests.
