Vacuum Rotary Envelope Feeder - uses suction for excellent
separation, and is easy to load. Using German precision engineering ensures the envelope feed is controlled to the insert point with great accuracy. |
The Vacuum Rotary Folder - its designed to fold
your A4 prime document to A5 or DL on-line. It is fitted with an ultra-sonic double detector as
standard to ensure that your prime document is 100% protected from double feeds and requires no operator set-up. |

| The Shuttle Feeder - feeds magazines, DVD and
CD wallets or cases, booklets, card and paper. This feeder also has pushers to assist heavy stocks and rigid mail pieces. |
The Vacuum Rotary Feeder - this tried and tested
technology is now the accepted way that production inserters have to include. Great for feeding glossy stocks and glossy magazines that friction feeders find hard to cope with. |
The Contender Inserter Machine from AMS is available in either a DL - C4 build (up to 4500 per hour)
or a
C6 - C5 build (up to 5000 or 7500 per hour).
The Contender inserting machine can have between 3 to 7 feeders made up from a choice of vacuum
rotary feeders, vacuum rotary folders, friction feeders, and shuttle feeders.
Once the machine is built, some of the feeders can be re-positioned should the
need arise.
- The colour touch screen is clear and easy to operate. The machine set up times and job change times are simple and quick.
