The new AMS Auto-Wrap
poly wrap
system is a fully automatic production machine
that can be used for almost any poly wrap
application including A5, A4, A3 material,
magazines, newspapers, books, catalogues etc.
This system uses low cost roll fed polyethylene
sheet and creates the mailing piece on the fly,
which can bring huge savings over envelope
costs, postage and printing.
The machine is easy to set up and operate
with its
digital control panel that is powered via the latest
PLC technology.
The Auto-Wrap poly wrapping machine works with a
revolutionary patented "scissor" action sealing system.
The Auto-Wrap poly wrap system can wrap material up to a maximum of 300mm (width)
x 440mm (length) x 32mm (thickness) using either clear or printed/obscure
polyethylene.
The use of clear
polyethylene allows you to show
your sales message clearly to your customer –
without having to open the bag which results in a
better opening and reading rate and thus more sales!
This exciting poly wrap machine can grow with your
needs, as it is
expandable with the ability to add a number of
feeders, address printers and label applicators
to completely automate your polywrapping run.
